SLZB-06 Zigbee Hub mode problems

Hello, I have a SLZB-06, running in Ethernet, MQTT, Zigbee Hub mode (runnning in my dislocated garage), coonnected to the HA (MQTT).

Initially I had a perfect experience for couple of months, everythig ran perfectly, until maybe a week ago, when the connected devices “stopped reporting”; I’m not sure why; I did a firmware update recently to 3.0.8, but I’m not sure if these events coincide…

The Zigbee Hub dashbord shows only last values; if I reboot, the zigbee Hub dashbord show only questionmarks.

If I remove devices, the import/inteviews goes smoothly everytime, I get the devices visible in HA, along with all the values/entites, but then it gets all quiet.

The “last seen” values remain fixed to the time of the initial “interview”.

I did bring all the devices to my main coordinator, and they all report fine there…

I numerous flash upgrade/downgrades but to no avail…

Any ideas?

You may have missed an important note in the manual

  • Currently, Zigbee Hub does not support restoring a backup of your Zigbee network after a Zigbee chip firmware update! This means that after updating the Zigbee chip firmware, you will have to re-pair all your Zigbee devices!

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, but I have done that 50 times now (only 2 devices), plus I,ve done complete “HW reset” with config from scratch, sam thing: 1 one report and than the dongle stops getting updates!

Maybe we are talking about two different things. What do you mean by ZigBee Hub dashboard?

Do you mean you are using the ZigBee Hub option in the SLZB-06 UI like I underlined below?
