SMA Sunny Tripower - sensors unknown status

Hi

I was looking for any really related info about this inverter, but didn’t find anything…
I was following

Home Assistant SMA Sensor

and my config looks like this:

but all sensors have unknown status…

I can easily log to local device with “user” and password, but nothing here.

Any ideas?

Hi, are you missing the line verify_ssl: false
Here is my config. I have a Tripower STP5.0-3AV-40
These sensors I have show Unknown at night, even though the inverter is still contactable. They work during the day.
Only Daily_yield doesn’t work for me.

sensor:

  • platform: sma
    host: 192.168.0.15
    ssl: true
    verify_ssl: false
    password: xxxxx
    sensors:
    • pv_power
    • daily_yield
    • voltage_l1
    • voltage_l2
    • voltage_l3

Thank you ColinBGood your post it helped me thank you.
Can i suggest if anyone is having the same problem to check the Logs in configuration menu after
resetting the server to see if there is a error regarding the SMA.
