Hello. I bought small zigbee button with ZG-101Z on board. Powered by CR2032 battery. Pairing with HA went ok. But before I set some script/automation with it I realised it went from off state to on state by himself. I checked online manuals but none of them mentioned this thing. Button should work like this: 1 press on state, 2 presses off state. But when button is in off state it will go to on state in about 30 minutes - not always same time. Is there way that it might be HA bug or hardware bug? I dissasembled it and all looks ok. I have no other automations or scripts setted that should do this.

Check for any firmware updates from the manufacturer for it.
I have a sonoff single button that does this to me also. At least I think it’s the button. the automation is really simple and not likely to be a problem. Haven’t dealt with it yet but will probably find another switch. I’ve had good luck with thirdreality stuff so far.
Use the HA developer tools to listen to events, then you can see what the button is sending.
I have the same model and issue, will check the logs.
If the dam thirdreality buttons weren’t $20, I’m have replaced mine already.
turns out, after updating HA and pressing the button three times (to switch its mode) it started working fine, HA version:
- Core: 2024.6.3
- Frontend: 20240610.1
have to mention that tried it before but till now it didn’t work
