Small issues lead to Zwave failing

Everything was working smoothly. I’m not sure what caused a hiccup with the Home Assistant, but I started to have issues with an interface (SimpliSafe), and no matter what I did, it just wouldn’t fully cooperate.

I figured I would revert to a previous backup (last week), this fixed the issue with the interface, but now my Zwave is totally messed up.

I have been using a using a GoControl Nortek CECOMINOD016164 HUSBZB-1 USB Hub - it has worked well over the last two years.

I’m not even sure where to begin in resolving the issue. Any advice or help—even where I should start—would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get everything working again.

I grew frustrated and pulled the power from the PI - everything rebooted and now Zwave is working! I had rebooted a number of times before and bubkis - but pulling the power seemed to do the trick.
