Smart Central Split Heat Pump Systems

I’m looking to replace my household a/c heating system. Does anyone know of a heat pump a/c system that integrates with HA. I’m not talking about thermostats. The actual system. I would like to pull more senor data from the unit’s control board. I know a lot of what I want to get at here is obtainable with DIY solutions, but was curious if there is a brand that does this natively. For example, I would love to get sensor data for return and supply temps, total static pressure, blower speed, and low and high side refrigerant pressures. Any insight? Thank you.

Most HP can be interfaced via Modbus.
You should search among the HP models the ones that get the most extensive public modbus register map.

There are also some HP producers that support eBus for communication, mostly German brands, you can search also on the Ebusd GitHub to find if the parameters you’re searching are exposed by some device.

In my case I have an Italian brand HP: Ariston, it uses ebus but with a custom dictionary.
Many of your parameters have been reverse engineered and decoded, so are available for monitoring.

I’m in the US. Near Atlanta Georgia.

Thank you for the info. I will look into modbus and ebus.
