Smart switch recommendation

We have a simple Home Assistant system in our house.

  • Home Assistant Operating System: 15.2
  • Home Assistant Supervisor: 2025.10.0

I would like to add a smart switch to the system. I have seen a number of products on the market and I am leaning towards the GE CYNC Smart Light Switch/Toggle Style or the enbrighten-z-wave-in-wall-smart-toggle-switch-.

Will either of these integrate smoothly and easily into the system or would you recommend something else?

/\ This one is WIFI and should not require any other hardware.

/\ That one is ZWave and requires a Coordinator radio and more set-up.

I suggest to start out with only WIFI devices that may require bluetooth from a phone like the first one you mentioned.
