Can’t wait to get my other outlets going again, hopefully they haven’t seised. Just curious how many connectors would need soldering in and will it need an independent power supply?

@vaderag is going to run one more test tomorrow and report back on the 3rd outlet configuration. Once we’re happy with that, I’ll be pushing the code & docs.

@vanderag has put together a HomeAssistant Add-On which bundles this.
At release time, we’re fairly confident this should be a matter of plug in, some light config (wifi), and HomeAssistant integration comes as standard.
Quick update to keep everyone posted:
@vaderag and I spent yesterday testing the bath fill integration. It’s still not working the way we’d expect.
Debugging this is logistically challenging, simply because I don’t have the 3rd outlet fitted in my setup, and the smartap device behaves differently with the 3rd button fitted.
We’re going to get some time early next week and hopefully get this last hurdle dealt with.
My thinking in the meantime, is that I’ll release the firmware for the pico with the verified shower controls working, and hold back the bath fill until we have this sorted.
I think we’re nearly there… 
It’s mostly a cost of distance at the moment!

Still have a peculiar issue with the unit, which is that it takes it 15 minutes to start a solid flow. looks like it doesn’t start flowing till the water is hot enough. the machine makes noises like it is changing its valves after 15 minutes when it starts flowing, also sometimes thumping noises form the pipes sometimes. Have checked the water input which is enough, water on my other faucets is hot in about 5 sec. Can’t get a plummer here atm, so any ideas what could be the origin of this issue i’m more than happy to hear. (everything else in my house works fine). Also can anyone tell me what the sensormodule does on the unit?

I’d just like to say thanks to everyone who’s contributed to this thread. I’m completely new to all of this, and I only discovered I even had a “smart shower” when it stopped working properly.
I’ve recently moved into a new house with a Smartap shower installed, so unfortunately I don’t know its history or whether it has ever worked correctly.
The problem I’m having is that the shower won’t fully turn off. When I press the power button, it only seems to reduce the flow by around 30–50%, and water continues to come out of whichever outlet is selected. I have three shower outlets, and the same thing happens with all of them.
The only way I can stop the water completely is by removing power to the main Smartap unit. After disconnecting the power, it takes around 10 seconds before the water stops fully.
Has anyone experienced this before, or have any suggestions on where I should start diagnosing the issue?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
