Smartthings error

Hello.

Im totally new to Home Assistant. Very slowly getting into it,
I know this has been asked but i cant make sense of the answers and the answers given dont reaolve my issue.

I am trying to link Smartthings. I have signed up to HA cloud. I have a Smartthings access token.
Ive set remote access.

I just get this error

Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

I have tried to change my external IP as suggested and ive tried to find my config yaml to alter it but ife got no clue how.

HA is running on a VM on QNAP

Please can someone give me an idiots guide!

Thanks

How’d you setup remote access? Smartthings needs a direct secure https web page without a port specified, so you’ll either need to setup a reverse proxy or subscribe to Nabu Casa for a few dollars a month for them to configure secure access for you.

I still have not solved this. I have subscribed to Nabu Casa

Did you go through the troubleshooting steps linked below? Where is it getting stuck? Any logs you can post in addition to the error you mentioned? You will need to set the logs to “debug” as mentioned in the link below.

Update. Ive sorted this. After much messing i managed to delete the original SmartThings webhook and make a new one. Worked immediately.
Looking through other similar posts it seems to be an issue with the trial version/period of Nabu Casa Cloud. Now im paid up its working brilliantly

Yes ive been through that.
My external url is correct and remote access is working well. I just cant get this to work. Had no issues setting up until the above named error.
