Smartthings Failed Again after update to 2025.3.4

So I updated to 2025.3.4 today and Smartthings is once again on “Reached Limit of Subscriptions”.

Is this going to happen after every update? Every other reboot doesn’t cause this, just seems to happen after updates.

I know 4 to 6 hours from now it will recover, but 6 hours without lots of my devices is really difficult. I don’t have a ZWave or Zigbee stick so all my devices that use those are shared through Smartthings.

Hoping that this issue will eventually be resolved so it doesn’t continue to occur.

How many instances are you running? From what version did you upgrade? Mind sharing your location id so I can check with the SmartThings team what might be going on in your location?

1 instance. Linked with HA and Google. Upgraded from 2025.3.3.

Using the Aeotec Hub just in case that is helpful as well.

It only took about 3 hours to recover this time, not the 6 hours I expected. Everything is working again.

Mine’s just done this for the first time. Very odd. You say it should auto recover?

It will auto recover. Mine has both times. If you haven’t updated in awhile, it was expected with the March update 2025.3.1 (I think).

Upgrade to 2025.4.0 did not cause this issue. Marking. I don’t think this is an issue anymore.
