Whatever ‘worked’ for smartthings before 2025.3 doesn’t matter. Smarthings had to be completely rewritten from the ground up because of the changes SmartThings made it’s a completely different animal than even a month ago… So
Whatever worked before may not. Looks like you need default config.

Default config loads most of the core of HA. You can pull it out of your config and load all the components it does manually but it’s not recommended
Usually seen in an install where someone wanted to disable something that comes by default. They disable default and load all the components they want manually. If you did t do that you probably have some kind of configuration issue.
