I have followed documentation (and I had this working last week), but my SmartThings devices do not appear in HA. I added the integration again, confirmed my Nabu Casa URL, pasted a new access token, it found the name of my household, and then it asked me to visit a website to complete the integration. I visited, but it was just a blank page. No SmartThings devices in Home Assistant, though. Is something on Samsung’s end broken/changed since it just shows an empty strongman API page? Any other insights? I just got my SmartThings appliances and have them all configured in the SmartThings app. They all work from there. But I am not concerned about starting over in HA with SmartThings, because I haven’t setup any automations with them yet.
Bump.
I’m still having the same issue. When asked to visit the website after you enter the token, the name of the household appears in Home Assistant, but HA directs me to visit an external website (https://strongman-regional.api.smartthings.com/?locationId=58825f8b-e655-4bd5-9ac6-6beda7dfdaed&appType=ENDPOINTAPP&appId=7c1b3d4f-4c9f-4ca8-8dab-f08bb0d717bc&language=en&clientOS=web) and nothing happens - just a blank page. I now have the rest of my suite of SmartThings appliances (Bespoke Family Hub refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher). All work great within SmartThings, but still I have this empty page appearing when I attempt to integrate them into HA. It’s anyone else’s SmartThings integration “broken” right now because of the same issue? Any workarounds?
I figured it out. Amazingly simple. Just use Chrome as your browser from a desktop PC and it will work. It will not work on a mobile browser using WebKit, like on an iPad. As soon as I tried with Chrome from my desktop, everything worked like it should. Hopefully this will help someone else in the future if trying to configure from an iPad/iPhone.
That indeed solved it!
