I have a SmartThings (not Aeon) water leak sensor that was showing a battery level of 8%. I replaced the battery and still several days later it’s still showing 8%. The device is working since the temperature sensor in it is working and the moisture sensor works. I’ve removed the battery and reinserted and still nothing. I’m using ZHA with a HUSBZB-1 (fw 5.4.1.0 build 962) USB stick. Is there a way to force a battery level update?
Have you tried disassociating and reassociating the sensor?
I hadn’t yet as I was hoping there was something less intrusive to have to do, but that was going to be my next thing to try if there’s nothing else.
Suddenly this morning it’s now showing 100%. I guess it just needed to know I was about to take drastic measures.
