I've noticed that smartwings roller shades do not work with action Cover: Open cover or action Cover: Close cover but do work with action Cover: Set cover position. This impacts how users have to interact with the shades either via dashboard or voice. Through voice, users have to say set shade position to x%. In dashboard, users have to click into the shade and set the desired shade position %. Any way to fix this?
I would love a way to reverse open versus closed or invert the percentages.
