I searched a lot on this forum to find a sms integration.
What i would like is something like pushover. When a trigger is started in node-red > send a sms to my phone.
I see some sms providers, but most of them is with subscribing or you only could make a account as business. I also read that ha is removing all sms features in the future.
Is there a way to get a notification when i on holiday and internet isn’t reachable?
Might invest in an esp of choice together with a sim800l module and a simcard of your choice to don’t depend on your internet uplink 
Thanks for the reply. I consider to buy a sim800l. But this is 2G right, don’t know if this is future proof for the next years. 5g/ 6g already rolled out
Depends on your location. While 3G is already turned off in many countries some will keep 2G for longer because it is part of some emergency services like the first generation of (mandatory) eCall for cars in Europe
