hi i need some support because i have the samba add-on and snowboy but i Don’t find the snowboy folder in the Share folder , Is this normal ?

You have the Samba add-on installed which will let you share data to and from your HomeAssistant installation, check.
What is a snowboy? Did you create the folder ?
