I’m having an issue when trying to integrate the Sofabaton X2 hub. I have HA running on my QNAP NAS, I downloaded the Sofabaton hub using HACS, and I have MQTT also running on my NAS. When trying to get the Sofabaton activities to load by editing the Sofabaton hub custom card, I can see the hub in the dropdown, but it won’t let me select it. If I try typing in the name of the hub in the editor, it shows an Activities dropdown, but it also shows a spinning wheel like its trying to load, but it never finishes, so I’m stuck. Any suggestions?

You appear to have edited the category of this post to Node-RED, but I can’t see anything here that has anything to do with Node-RED. Can you recategorize this post to something more appropriate? [custom integrations perhaps?]

Postings on mainstream subjects like configuration and templating will be seen by many who may wish to respond. Niche subjects can often get missed in the initial posting, and getting a category or tag means that these posts can be more easily found later. Node-RED is a (very) niche subject area, and I suspect that your particular hardware (Sofabaton) is too.
Searching on the forum first can reveal earlier posts that may help. In this case, there are few posts, but the one I quoted seems recent, and posting on a recent post is much more likely to be seen by the OP and responders - which is the niche community who are probably best placed to help you.

Issue resolved. I did not have any activities loaded on the Sofabaton hub yet, so naturally, HA couldn’t load any activities. Duh!
