Hi,

I have added the tracker to configuration.yaml according to GitHub - solakon-de/solakon-one-homeassistant: A complete Home Assistant custom integration for Solakon ONE devices using Modbus TCP communication. · GitHub .

What do I do now? Nothing has changed other than that there are now some useless entries in the web interface about REST api devices or something and an option to reload a part of the configuration about REST api stuff that wasn’t there before.

I thought I’d be able to see how much power is currently being drawn from the power supply network.

The setup of the Solakon ONE seems to be able to use a sensor showing the power consumption, but the tracker doesn’t show up there. Why is that?

What’s the difference between an entitiy and a sensor?

The API - at http://IP-ADRESS/api/v1/status - provides the values for “instantaneous_power_w”, “instantaneous_power_l1_w”, “instantaneous_power_l2_w”, “instantaneous_power_l3_w”, “energy_summation_kwh”, “negative_energy_summation_kwh”, “meter”. If these are configured as a REST sensor, you can view and use the sensors in Home Assistant and see how high the current power consumption is or how much energy you have fed or obtained into the grid in total.
