Does anyone have experience with solar tracking for a balcony power plant?
Positioning a panel based on the position of the sun and lux measurement. The drive should be a standard linear actuator.
Important: Either the drive has mechanical cut-off points, or you have to be able to define the degrees so that collisions do not occur.
I currently have a system from Ecoflow, but I’m not satisfied with it, and it can’t be integrated into HA either.

So use the mechanics and motors from Ecoflow and substitute the brain with Esphome.
You can use Sun component for tracking, you don’t really need lux measurement.

Depends on your Ecoflow, We don’t know anything else than the brand. Can original motor drivers be used etc…
