What version of HA are you running?
The developers take the http settings away from the configuration.yaml file.
And put it in the GUI instead. See this post:

Sorry for that, was the old version of doing the rev proxy configuration. Remove the http section from configuration.yaml, before you type in the rev proxy in the GUI. Settings → System → Network → Reverse Proxy [image]

And they also change the port if you install/reset from the beginning.

Have you tried to remove the port in the url ? With the new release the port have changed to the regular one, so you don’t need to add this magic number (8123) any more
