Some items connected to router, some to TP-link deco

I have a router with some smart products and a deco with some smart products.
Router has Ip: 192.168.178.*
Deco had Ip: 192.168.68.*

How can HA detect both?

I have the same set up / question Patrick. Did you get an answer that worked?

Only way is to switch the DECO to have the same IP range as the router (switch DECO to AP mode, not router mode)
