Some plugs go off randomly

Hi everybody, I am new to the community (from Italy).
I have Home Assistant OS on a Odroid C2 and Sonoff ZBDongle-E, working very well.
I have plugs from Meross (WiFi mss310x 2.0.0) and Tuya Zigbee (TS011F TZ3000_gjnozsaz) both with power monitor.

  1. Both of the types go OFF randomly.
  2. While the Meross I can switch ON again, the Zigbee types I can’t due to the following error:
Invocazione del servizio switch/turn_on non riuscita.
Failed to send request: Failed to deliver message: <EmberStatus.DELIVERY_FAILED: 102>

Home Assistant can communicate with the Tuya plugs because it can continuously read some values like Voltage.
I was thinking that the problem could be the high voltage usually I have at home (sometimes around 245V), but the problem happens even when the Voltage is normal.
Googleing around I have found many people with the same problem but no solution yet.
Thank you.
Stefano

There is a topic on the Zigbee2MQTT github with more then 800 replies on it. Seems you need a firmware update.

thank you so much.
I am reading the topic. It seems that for the TS011F TZ3000_gjnozsaz it’s not possible to have a firmware upgrade.
As suggested, I disconnected the plug from the Zigbee router and tried to connect it to the Tuya app, with no success, the Tuya app can’t recognize the plug. I also wrote an email to the support, waiting for an answer.
Some people said that the problem could be the high Voltage value detected by the plug. IMHO this is not a real problem, the switching to OFF could be a good function to protect the connected appliances. The real problem is that the switch to OFF is not related to the high Voltage, and then that I can’t switch to ON again!
I’m going crazy…

Is about a lot of different TS011F plugs
