Sonoff devices don't show up in Zigbee2Mqtt

Hi,
I have tried pairing 3 Sonoff devices, supported by Zigbee2Mqtt, to Home Assistant. SNZB-04P, SNZB-02D and TRVZB. I start pairing, after a few seconds both first devices cease to blink as if pairing was successful but no new devices pop up in Zigbee2Mqtt (newest version). TRVZB does not pair at all.
I use Conbee 3 as coordinator, with 86 devices connected.
Any idea what else could I try?

Re-pair, keep them awake until they are fully paired.

Thanks. As a matter of fact installing newest firmware in Conbee solved the problem.
