I just finished pushing a new version of cse7761 to my GitHub repository, which improves the sonoff POWCT usage.
Work is still in progress, but it already offers signed values for power and current, as well as an automatic calibration function.
There are also two debug services that enable reading and writing cse7761 registers directly from home assistant.

I hope it will be useful! It took me quite some time to get to this point and I have several ideas in mind to improve it further.
