Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Sonoff SNZB-02P sensors. Until a few weeks ago I could normally ask “alexa, how warm is it in the living room” via alexa.

For some time now, I have been told in the Alexa app and via the voice output that “Living room does not support this. Please check your smart home area in the Alexa app”.

Everything works in HomeAssistant and Zigbee2MQTT, just not via Alexa.

Does anyone know this problem?

Just guessing, they moved that to Alexa+

Is the device still showing active and appearing in the Living Room group in the Alexa app?

How is Alexa intergrated with HA?

Nabu Casa aka Home Assistant Cloud or via the Smart Home Skill API?
