So I just started using HomeAssistant today and it’s going well.
Bit overwhelming at first but I got some of the gist of it after a day or so.
I find the logic takes time to understand.
So here’s a question for the community that I struggle with that I wish you guys can help me with:
I integrated my soundbar with Sony Songpal which worked essentially Plug&Play.
Settings - Entities shows me a great many settings to configure (middle, largest card in the attached pic).
This is all I need, I want this on my dashboard! Full Entity control!
Trying to throw it on there doesn’t work as desired, though.
By default I get a Media Card (top card) which is not enough (clicking on the dots opens the full entity menu).
Using an Entities Card I manage to get the Volume slider displayed, at least.
But that’s not sufficient.
Am I overlooking a really simple way to display everything from the Entity on the Dash or do I have to write the whole damn thing?
Or Is there a way to see how the original Entity is programmed so I can just copy that?
