This project was created years ago when my kids started learning spelling. Since they no longer need it, I want to remove it from my Home Assistant. But before I do that, let me share it with the world—maybe it could help other parents out there.
Because my kids are learning Chinese in school, they need to practice spelling at home. To do that, they require someone to read aloud the words they need to practice. However, there’s a challenge: neither my wife nor I can read Chinese. Therefore, I need someone (or something) that can read Chinese words aloud. As a Home Assistant user, the solution is pretty clear—using a TTS component.
