I don’t see anything appear in the log afterwards. Anyone have any idea what the button is for? Couldn’t find any documentation referencing it.
you have to click on it in a Random Ordered Interval, calculated upon You Integrations vs Your Apps
This…raises significantly more questions. Are you just taking the piss?

Did You “missed” the warnings before installing this Integration ? 
If you check your other integrations, this button is used for adding more devices (“hubs”) using the same integration - for example if you have two TVs of the same brand. For spook this does not apply, just ignore the button.
