I assume this will affect the Spotify integration? Will we need to delete and re-add the app credentials each time we renew the developer token?

I just implemented a fix for my SpotifyPlus integration for this (more info on this thread about it). The HA Spotify folks will probably need to do something similar for their integration as well, but not for sure.
