Hello, is there a possibility like an ESP, scans all SSIDs in the area and shoot these results the HA?

Yes but you would need to write it yourself.

There are plenty of examples on the web of listing available SSIDs using an ESP. Combine that with code to publish via HA API or MQTT (again plenty of examples).

I don’t know of any projects to achieve this already but you may get lucky with Google.
