Standalone devices for use as a HA Dashboard

Sometime back, there were some small (ish) desktop units (I think they were for conference calling) with displays that you could get on the cheap and then flash with linux to use as a Home Assistant dashboard display.

Two questions:

  1. Anyone remember the name/manufacturer
  2. Is there anything else sold that could be used?

I am using Shelly Wall Displays – Shellyparts.de with table housing. Not cheap, but nice.
