States are semi updating, what is causing this?

This shows the problem quite clearly.
The state shows 56%, my phone shows 21% (sadly not shown on the screenshot) and the graph shows 21%.

What is causing this?
All states report values from yesterday.

This light is currently off, turned off about 10 minutes ago.

I have tried restarting HA but that did not help.

It seems to be all entities, even entities that is created in HA, like template sensors and generic thermostats.
They are all frozen in state but still the history updates.
Things kind of work, I couldn’t turn off a light using the dashboard but using a remote worked.

Even stranger is this:

Which is giving me correct numbers and last updated time

Cache maybe? Open up an incognito window and see if the behavior persists.

I believe I tried it on two different devices.
But either way I went to bed and the next morning it was still acting up, then a few hour later it was back to normal.
