i have smart devices that are switcht from the energy by a normal switch. I there a chance to get the state off the device that electricity is turned on?

Do the devices have batteries in them? If so then maybe, otherwise no. No Power no signal, if Power than signal, but the state may not be right or reliable. You can make assumptions based on No Power so state would be normally 0 or Off unless you invert that using a logic change.
