Stelpro STZW402+ entities

I just recently bought and installed a second Stelpro STZW402+ Ki Z-Wave thermostat. I was able to add it to my home assistant using the Z-Wave JS integration, and it works flawlessly, but I’m now pretty confused.

My new thermostat exposes a light entity, which controls the “ECO” mode of the thermostat, as shown in this screencap:

That’s fine, I can adjust the entity so that it’s a switch rather than a light, and I really like having this functionality exposed, but for some reason there’s no corresponding entity on my other thermostat which is the same model, running the same firmware, connected to the same z wave network through the same adapter.

How do I get this thermostat to expose the same functionality? They’re both configured as the same device, I’ve run a “re-interview” command on the one that’s missing the entity, but I can’t figure out how to get home assistant to discover it.

Please suggest any hints, ideas, or places I might be able to find what I’m looking for.

I’m pretty sure the one exposing the switch is the one that would need re-interview as all mine do not have this switch exposed, the Energy heat mode is controlled from the thermostat card. The preset modes (none or energy heat) are attributes of the climate entity of your thermostat, shouldn’t be a separate entity.
