Still on 0.114.4 due to a need for kiosk mode (lost with Custom Header)

I have a tablet that uses Custom Header’s user-agent string to assign a profile that doesn’t show any header at all - kiosk mode.

Is there anything out there that does that? I know from reading here that card-mod is an option but I didn’t think it had that same functionality.

There is a replacement for that feature: https://github.com/maykar/kiosk-mode
And small header is now available in Core as well.
So, you can have the same look in 2020.12 that you have in 0.114.4.

Sure it’s a small issue but I can’t find Kiosk Mode in HACs at all! Very odd. Is it because I still have custom header installed? Or my version of HA is too low? Didn’t think HACs made those checks?

The doc says:

If you previously used custom-header you need to uninstall it from HACS

I just did that… So, I don’t know. It worked.

Weird. It’s not there on a totally different instance without Custom Header either! @mayker am I being stupid?! Thanks!!

HACS -> Frontend -> Bottom right add button -> search for "kiosk"
