Strange issue with Z-Wave Zooz Zen76 S2 switch

Hello all,
I have a strange issue with Zooz Zen76 S2 switch (FW: v3.60.0).

Switch successfully added to Z-Wave JS.

I can successfully turn on and off the switch by Z-Wave JS entry – everything is working well.

I’m trying to turn on/off from device from the home assistant – it is not working.

It sounds like you’re using Z-Wave JS UI.

If that’s the case you also need to install the Z-Wave JS integration and connect it to Z-Wave JS UI.

Also make sure you’re not using both Z-Wave JS (core) add-on and Z-Wave JS UI (community) add-on at the same time, as they conflict when configured for the same controller. https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zwave_js/#can-i-switch-between-z-wave-js-and-z-wave-js-ui
