Stuck in startup after updating to 2026.2.2

After updating my system to 2026.2.1 the web interface is not responding.

state is stuck in startup

If i type jobs is see a job. home_assistant_core_start with progress 0

Does this apply? Another job is running for job group home_assistant_core / fails to start - #2 by istapeter
