Hi, this is my first time posting something like this but I just can’t seem to find a solution for my problem. I see that a lot of posts are having the same issue as me but all use Zigbee2MQTT, I am using the Sonoff Zigbee Dongle 3.0 USB which uses ‘ZNP’.
Now I am able to connect my dongle in HA which is fine, but then when trying to connect my STYRBAR it refuses to show battery levels or record any action or button press. Now I know that this problem is seen a lot but I was hoping that in 2026 this problem would be fixed. If anyone can help me it would be nice.
When coupling my STYRBAR in the Ikea Home Smart app because I also have a DIRIGERA hub it also says Unknown battery status, could this mean I have faulty STYRBAR remotes?

Failed to perform the action button/press. Failed to send request: Failed to send request: <Status.NWK_NO_ROUTE: 205>
