Sudden jump in "sensor.memory_use_percent"?

Just browsing around my Pi Home Assistant, when I noticed this:

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to why, after generally (well as far back as the records goes) it was bobbing along a 10-20%, has now jumped to 80%?

No change in use or configuration as far as I can tell.
