Woke up to none of my automations having been run and my devices offline. Home assistant green has zero lights on and does not seem to be running. Unplug and try a different outlet with no change. Has been flawless for 6 months

I’m assuming you mean breaker. I’ve tried in outlets all over the house. The plug itself is making a very faint electrical tapping sound when plugged into outlet and box, if I unplug box sounds stops. No leds at all
The power supply might be defective. Check the next marketplace for a 12 V DC, 1 A universal power supply to replace it.
VDC should be 12 and make sure it is correct with plus and minus, like minus inside and plus outside or vice versa.
A(mpere) should be 1 or higher. The device will take what it needs and higher values here can mean the power supply will be more stable, because the instability mostly happens in the extreme end of the range.
