Suddenly, tts.voicerss_say no longer works

Hello everyone,
I’ve been running tts.voicerss_say under HA for a few months now, but now it suddenly stops working. When I enter it in development tools, I hear a chime instead of a text message. Does anyone know where I should look for the sudden error?

It may be having trouple eith external URL, it has to go to the cloud to generaqte the audio file to play.
Any changes to that stuff lately?

Well the tts application is likely not able to get back into your instance, so that has to be fixed.
