I am trying to update my HA system and cannot get the Supervisor to update. It has been spinning for days. I have rebooted, unplugged and restarted several times, all to no avail. Nothing else will update until Supervsor has updated. 
Any insight to fixing this would be appreciated.

I tried updating through the Terminal but it didn’t work. I changed the DNS, disabled IPV6,…

Me too. HA says the update has been running for 12 hours, but I never actually started it. First time I saw the update it was already installing. Haven’t tried any troubleshooting or rebooting yet as HA appears otherwise functional. Hardware is an HA blue if it matters, and the HA installation is probably 5 or 6 years old.
I have experienced the same issue.
I decided to reboot HA (even though update was in progress). Once HA was back online, I started the supervisor update again and it completed with no issues.
