[supervisor.hardware.monitor] Detecting remove hardware

I’ve suddenly started having problems with my entire zigbee network going offline over night after a couple of years without any changes beyond renaming the odd sesnsor.

it looks as if HA is loosing connection with my sky connect dongle and removing it at a system level.

reloading the integration or rebooting haos doesn’t resolve the problem, only doing a full system reboot brings it back, but it drops again later on.

I’m currently on using hoas 2025.12.5, but this us a rollback to an older backup as an attempt to resolve the issue, I was having the same problem on the latest build, suggesting that the issue may be with my dongle.

this started soon after the mist recent firmware update for the sky connect 1, so that may be part of the problem, I’m not sure if it’s broken of miss configured.

See error message below.

Any clues?

What hardware?
A Pi or a variant there of, like a HA green or HA Yellow?

virtualbox on Intel with w11.

I’m also looking at this from that angle as well on the vm forum. as it may not be a hoas issue at all.

this started happening soon after the last update for ember, so it maybe a windows driver problem, but I’m not seeing any logs or errors in window that might help, so i have not got anything to go on there.

the vm people think this is a hoas issue so do the windows forum people, because of the lack of errors on those log files.
