Supervisor update failed -fresh install

hello , i am new to HA. just downloaded a HAOS dvi and started it in virtualbox. the machine runs fine but it does not let me update the supercisor.

i am ataching part of the log. can someone please help?

If there is some kind of a problem with a supervisor update it will try 3 times, then it will revert to the prior version. So don’t panic and reload a back-up or something. Just try again.
I don’t know what the specific problem is though.

How old is it?
Wasn’t this a problem recently with outdated software unable to unpack downloaded update files?
Check your vm, docker, and core versions.
