Supervisor Update killed my system

I tried to update my systerm to the latest version from the UI and it does not come back up now.

I am running HA on my proxmox.
I updated all add-ons, Integrations, etc.
Then I updated the Supervisor. Restarted, did not come back.
Checked console on Proxmox, was hung up on CLI to be ready. then dead.
I restarted many time, restarted my network, etc.

I restored my VM to the September image. then got it running.

Then I went through the process again, died again. I just got it to this point:

Trying to get some indication of what is happening. Nothing.

I am not an expert at it, so trying to get through this from google and forums.

Any indication will help please.

EDIT:
The crazy thing is when I check observer, I get this:

UPDATE:
I went back to the known working version using VM Restore. and now have this:

I’m afraid to restart now in case I don’t get to this point again. I cannot however access HomeAssistant via the IPs.

for background, I have done no changes to the Proxmox, VM, or HA, other than update Supervisor to the latest from the HA UI.

If the supervisor update falters it will try 3 times, then switch back to the other slot and boot as it was before.

There is also a cli command to select the slot and get slot status.

ha supervisor logs -vf would be the first thing I’d check.
