On trying to install the pet hub local add-on, I get the following error:
The command ‘/bin/ash -o pipefail -c pip3 install .’ returned a non-zero code: 1
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to manually install the add-on?

I am however getting a ton of errors indicating that there’s an issue with obtaining the authentication token needed to access the Sure Petcare API.
Do I need a different username/password than I would normally use to access Sure Petcare?
Hi, i purchased an pet door too, since i use the door only for indoor purposes, i have no need for the microship sensors… i disabled them with a C01 Mode…
Will disabling the sensors improve battery life?
ALso if the hub is closer to the door, will that also have impact on the battery life?

Mine didn’t unlock as normal and I can’t get into it via the official app either, even after rebooting everything.
yeah, same behaviour here, also the sureflap app itself is not working well!
