Switch from Aeotec 5 to Aeotech 5+ stick makes the network slower

I have a strange issue.

I recently switched all my devices (Fibaro) from a Gen 5 stick to a Gen 5+ stick for S2 security. I have a temperature sensor that uses S2 and therefor want to try the switch.

However, ever sinds I switched to the new stick, my network became a lot slower. I switched from Zwave JS to Zwave JS ui too.

I would expect the network to run faster or even the same as it did before but not do become slower en sometimes unresponsive. I tried rebuilding the routes but that did not make a difference. All devices are the same and in the same location before switching. Nothing changed.

Has anyone als experienced this?

Adding S2 security is a change.

Yeah, but only for a battery powered device. I did a test with switching back a Fibaro switch 2 back to my old stick. And now it responds quicker again. Even if the older controller was closer to the switch then the older one.

Excluding the S2 device does not make a difference.
