Hi everyone,
The following is the initial situation:
- Raspberry Pi 5 with Supervised Version
- MariaDB with approximately 24GB
The system is currently running perfectly, but needs to be migrated to HAOS because the Supervised Version is no longer supported.
I’ve now created a backup and am using Raspberry Pi Imager to restore the new system.
Everything is working fine here, but when I upload the file during the setup process, I get to the selection of components to restore, but then nothing happens for hours.
I’ve also already tested it by completing the setup and then connecting my NAS and then trying to restore the backup from there.
However, I get an error message here that I can’t figure out:

After a reboot, everything is back to normal.
Is switching from Supervised to HAOS perhaps not possible at all, or is the problem with Maria DB?
