I wanted a fancier way to manage switches that would handle the definition of a “Switch manager Switch” on the fly because I am “Quite” lazy. Came out reasonably well and wanted to share in case it could be of use to someone.

Has a nice little GUI for the buttons, allows teaching, virtual multi-press , import and export automations from HA interface (I haven’t tested that much), some organization by room, grid snapping, and tried to get the “Action sequence” thingy closer to the new HA experience. I’m going to try to make it handle motion sensors too… we’ll see.
Best part, it autodiscovers too, works reasonably well and it just shoves em in uncatagorized. does its best to match based on profile to the db.
Full disclosure, I had no part in the making of this, it was me and a free trial of claude going at it for a week so uh… feel free to use any of this to make something better lol.
