Switchbot Bluetooth no new devices found

Has anyone had any issues adding a new Switchbot Bluetooth device lately?

I have 20 devices all already connected by bluetooth across the main built in Raspi Bluetooth and 2 other ESP32 Bluetooth repeaters. I have checked in the Bluetooth integration and can see the MAC address being broadcast for the new devices I want to add to the Switchbot Bluetooth integration. However when I go to add a new device from the Switchbot Bluetooth integration I am told that no new devices can be found. I have checked on the github pages for the integration and there is a similar issue for an MM wave device but the responses seem lacking there so I thought I would check in here to see if anyone has had similar issues.

I am running Home Assistant OS
Core: 2025.11.2
Supervisor: 2025.11.3
Raspi 5
All other integrations are up to date.

I’m new to SwitchBot, but just wondering if by some chance the SwitchBot integration has already added that device?

The only way I can see to get around it is to add in the Switchbot Cloud integration and do it through there. But I would much rather use the BT integration to have everything working locally without the need of the cloud

I was having the same issue with the Meter Pro (CO2 monitor), only after upgrading the firmware of the device it was recognized by HA.

And it works perfectly.
