Good morning,
When I open the Switchbot Door Lock Pro manually by turning the knob / order by key, the lock is shown as open in the Switchbot app, but not in HA.
When the lock is opened with the motor, it does.
Do I have to set something separately so that this is recognised in HA?
I have integrated the Switchbot Door Lock Pro via the Mini HUB 3 from Swichbot using Switchbot Cloud of the Switchbot integration in HA.
